  • Hong Thai Foods Corp. (HTF) is an importer, wholesaler and distributor of Asian food products from countries throughout Asia including Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Indonesia. We carry diverse grocery items such as condiments/essences, candy/snacks, beverages, canned fruit/vegetables, dried foods, pastes/sauces, spices/seasoning, rice/noodles, pickled, frozen foods and etc.

    As importers (direct source) of products, this means you will be finding the best prices. With the majority of our products from our own brands, we work hand and hand with our manufacturers in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, and China to ensure the highest quality. We make it our priority to ensure food safety, quality & transparency.

    Our house brands include: Cock Brand, Aroy-D, TMK, Little Chef, Savoy, Sawat-D, Golden Boy, Thai Flavour, Memori, Chen Chen, A1 Mountain Globe Brand.

  • Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.

    Our pickup and receiving hours are Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4:30 PM.

    *No pickups or receiving is available between 12 PM to 1 PM*

  • All new customers are required to fill out a business application to open an account with us. Once completed, please email or fax it to our office at info@hongthaifoods.com or (718) 237-0008. Please allow for 1-3 business days for the account to be set up and a sales representative to contact you. An account is required to obtain pricing or to place an order.

    Please note that we only sell to businesses and not to the general public.

  • All returns and claims must be approved by warehouse manager. Please contact your sales rep with the following information: reason for return, item description and/or item #, quantity, lot # and supporting pictures. This will allow us to properly investigate your claim and without it, we cannot process your request. Credit Memos will be issued upon approval. Hong Thai Foods reserves the right to refuse returns on a per case basis.

    All dry foods returns and claims must be made within 7 days after invoice date. All frozen foods returns and claims must be made within 1 day after invoice date. Due to the perishable nature of our food products and for food safety reasons, returns and claims will not be accepted after 7 days (dry foods) and 1 day (frozen foods). Returns must be in original packaging and in salable condition. Receiver will be responsible for return shipping.

    Please make sure to check every item upon receiving and signing invoice. By signing invoice, the receiver is certifying that you are satisfied with your order.

    Freight Damages:

    If your order is delivered damaged by Hong Thai Foods, please do not accept the item and note on the invoice and with our driver refusal of the product. Please contact your sales rep immediately.

    We are not responsible for damages that occur in transit through third party transportation companies. Claims must be handled directly through the freight carrier. Please inspect shipment upon delivery. To increase the likelihood of a successful claim with carrier, make sure to note of any damages with the driver and on BOL before signing, and provide pictures to submit promptly to the carrier.
